Welcome to my clinic! I have been a Registered Massage Therapist for more than two decades. My focus is helping active people with soft tissue and joint restriction.
With my years of experience, I pride myself on giving individualized care, utilizing the most suitable treatment modalities and developing a personalized exercise plan to help patients balance and strengthen their bodies to their potential.
I am passionate about motivating patients to discover their physical capability whether they are struggling with athletic goals, recovering from injury, halting midlife physical decline or making a master plan to age with exceptional strength and functional mobility.

CLINIC INFORMATION:

My treatments are considered deep tissue/sports massage.

I do not do relaxation or full-body massage treatments.

All the treatment modalities I offer are included under the RMT umbrella and are billed as "Registered Massage Therapy".

All treatment modalities are included in the flat rate.

No tipping accepted - this is healthcare!

Payment is due on the day of the treatment.

Receipts are emailed to you with my registration information for health insurance companies.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Twenty-four hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. The full payment will be charged otherwise.

In the event of a late arrival, the treatment will finish at the scheduled time for the full payment.

45 Minutes - $ 100.00 +HST
60 Minutes - $115.00 +HST
75 Minutes - $ 130.00 +HST
